"I really enjoyed the running workshop.  It was the first time I had ever had any training for running and I found it hugely helpful.  The stretching (which I never did before) has made a big difference and I also found the drills very beneficial.  The biggest difference now is that I think about how I’m running when I run, I don’t just plod along anymore!!"
