Remember, never undertake any new exercise without first contacting a fitness or health professional.  Individuals who have attended the Running Technique Workshops have been individually assessed and screened to ensure they are well enough to do them. Workshop attendees have also been allocated particular exercises relevent to them and their particular biomechanical deficits, restrictions or weaknesses.
